    hmmm.. lights outside of a moving vehicle? too bright and not sync enough for that.
    is it a multi-exposition shot?

    @rolling your first guess was the correct one, actually :)
    @tg the bus was simply driving, i wasn't doing anything apart from clicking the shutter.
